主席

Mr. 纳斯卡 is the President of Generation Capital Management, LLC here in Rochester, 纽约. He is the former Principal and Director of Equity Investments at Karpus Investment Management in Pittsford, 纽约.

Mr. 纳斯卡 currently serves as a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research as well as the Rochester Society of Security Analysts and holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Mr. 纳斯卡 was appointed to the Water Authority’s 董事会 in January 2014 and served as Vice 主席 until he was voted 主席 in 2018. As 主席 he is a member ex officio of all standing 董事会委员会. 现任总统任期将于2024年4月1日届满.

马修·J. Fero

Mr. Rulison was first appointed to the Board in 2005 and the current term expires April 1, 2024.

Mr. 伯恩斯坦 was Executive Vice President of DePrez Travel, a group of Rochester companies in the travel industry.  He was formerly an investigator for the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office in the White Collar Crime Unit and has previously served as a Commissioner of the Rochester Genesee Regional Transit Authority and as a board member of Rochester Crimestoppers. Mr. 伯恩斯坦 was trained at the FBI Academy in Virginia and attended numerous seminars dealing with all facets of law enforcement.  他毕业于门罗社区学院.

玛西娅·范·维奇顿

玛西娅·范·维奇顿 is a former Account Executive at the American Red Cross, 与非牟利机构合作, 政府机构, and private entities on safety training and protocols.  She also served as an Account Executive at both Nextel Partners and A&T Wireless, working with local businesses and municipalities on wireless solutions.  Currently, she is a 纽约 State Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.

Ms. Van Vechten earned an MS degree in Service 领导 and Innovation from Rochester Institute of Technology and a BA in Business Management from Marymount Manhattan College.  Her current and past affiliations include the United Way African American 领导 Development Program, 民主党和编年史委员会的贡献者, Rochester Children’s Zone Facilitator and Past Chair, 联合劝募会就业资源委员会.

Ms. Van Vechten is chair of the Finance Committee and a member of the 治理 Committee. She was appointed to the Board in April of 2021 and her current term expires April 1, 2026.

Sheryal一. Volpe

夫人. Volpe is an independent NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker who specializes in commercial sales, 租赁及物业管理. She previously served on the Ontario County Board of Supervisors and was Planning Committee Chair; Canadice Town Supervisor, 预算人员, Assessor Chairwoman; Former Vice President of Genesee Finger Lakes Regional Planning Council. 夫人. Volpe is also Vice President of Patriot Business and Realty Services Corporation.
